"Our stay at Brooke's place was perfect! Location, amenities, decor, cleanliness...all 10/10. Our daughter is a freshman at IU so if Brooke's place is available, we will definitely book again. Very spacious place and two parking spaces was a plus. A ton of food and shopping options within walking distance. Can't say enough great things about this place and Brooke's attention to detail and thoughtful outreach to check in our stay multiple times."

“Brooke got us into the rental within a couple hours of reaching out to her. We were in dire need of a place to stay for a few days due to local flooding. The place was perfect for us and our dog. It has a private entrance with parking and here's a small yard for your dog to do their business. It was quiet. There were a lot of nice personal touches like dog and people treats :) The place was spotless and the bed comfy! I highly recommend a stay here due to location and a thoughtful host. Thanks Brooke!"

"Amazing stay! The apartment is decorated so nicely with a fun IU theme. The bed was extremely comfortable! Lots of amenities and best of all there is a washer/dryer! Brooke is a fantastic host and we would definitely stay here again. Fantastic location for anyone visiting IU and Bloomington!"

"My group of five had a WONDERFUL stay at The Nancy!! This place is truly something special, a beautifully-designed mid-century house that has been lovingly and respectfully renovated and outfitted with high-quality touches: incredibly comfortable beds, spotless linens, all the kitchenware we needed (and we cooked A LOT), a stack of logs for the fireplace, coffee, tea, popcorn, even the fixings for s'mores! This place has set a new high bar for Airbnb's for me and I wish I could give it more than five stars!!"
